Jeremy's interest in mind and body began at a young age whereby he became a teacher and second-degree black belt of Taekwondo and years later a student and teacher of Capoeira. Meditation was his doorway into yoga in 1993, and he began his formal study in 1998. In 2006 he received his 200hr teaching certification in Nasik, India in Classical Yoga and in 2013 his 500hr certification with Rod Stryker's school of ParaYoga. With certification and/or formal training in the Bihar, Himalayan, iRest, Amrit Method and other forms of Yoga Nidra, and based in Denver CO, he teaches locally and internationally for classes, workshops/immersions and in multiple 200 and 300hr teacher-training programs as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP. Also a reiki master in the Mikao Usui Tradition, studying since 2001, and a lover of music, he is a producer and a label DJ for France's Ultimae Records. His electronic and tribal-influenced DJ sets can be heard at local and international festivals, ecstatic dances, and yoga classes. In the form of a contemplative and grounding style of yoga, his classes and teachings seek to embody the ancient lineage of yoga as a deeply transformational and holistic spiritual practice.
Asiana has always been intrigued by the elements and how they interact in body, on earth. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado with wilderness as my backyard, I recall climbing trees, sitting in caves, adventuring with the animals in the forest. All of this engaged my curiosity and encouraged quietude as well as agility in mind and body. These experiences brought me into the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, which facilitate a deepening into the present moment.
I received certifications as a Core Synchronism Therapist, Ayurvedic Consultant, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Instructor after studying at the Ayurvedic Institute and the School of Natural Therapeutics, in Albuquerque, NM. Additional training in India and South East Asia deepened explorations in the technology of meditation. I am also certified in Neurosculpting®, a whole-brain approach priming the pathways to the prefrontal cortex through neuroplasticity to re-write old stories which block us from activating our highest potential.
I am truly honored to be on the planet at this time, journeying in this body, mind, and spirit template - offering support to others in clarifying more ease, harmony, and balance in their lives. Learn more about Asiana.

During part of Niki's journey, she fell in love with the physical part of yoga. Niki makes yoga accessible for every-body. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. In addition, she has a strong meditation practice and has completed the level 3 ShambhavAnanda meditation teacher training. Niki Sims Workshop:
Mantra, Meditation and Movement
"Mantra is a Sanskrit word meaning mind protector or mind instrument. Just as the sight of divine beings can lead us to their state of being, sacred sound can lead us to higher realms. The power of mantra stabilizes and focuses our attention in one direction, toward our Divine Self (Swami Kripanandada). The purpose of Hatha yoga is to help strengthen the body so that one may sit longer in meditation. Our time together will consist of some gentle yoga to help prepare our bodies to sit in Meditation. Niki will then share and guide you through a powerful mantra practice to help you connect to your higher Self.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Class
A journey back to yourself for greater connections with others. We are full of many things - emotions, gifts, magic, life, love, and traumas. Our bodies hold memory that our brains lovingly forget. This science and evidence-based practice combines the roots of modern psychology with the ancient science of acupuncture to bring awareness, healing, connection, and reduced stress levels for functioning at our highest capacity. As we re-connect with ourselves, releasing traumas and reprogramming our amazing brains, we can then allow our creativity and joy to drive our thoughts and decisions, leaving fear and worry far behind.

Chakra AWAKEning Class
Chakras are tools to achieve a state of awakened consciousness. They are often described as wheels of light or wheels of energy dwelling inside of the subtle body. In this workshop, we will anchor our journey through the chakras with a short discussion of their origins from Tantra yoga. Using breath work, sound and a yin yoga practice, you will be guided into an experience of the chakras as a means to see yourself, to understand how your challenges and mindset are reflected in your energy and ultimately to unwind the disconnect we have to ourselves, each other and the planet.
Reiki 101 Talk
What is Reiki you might ask? Depending on who you talk to about Reiki you might get a wide variety of answers. This is in part due to cultural and spiritual appropriation that has undoubtedly contributed to the globalization of Reiki. Many Reiki teachers and practitioners have made culturally inaccurate assertions about Reiki and have added or deleted elements of traditional Reiki to support their cases. As more changes have been made, the system of Reiki has lost its connection to its roots. In this wellness talk, Carrie Varela will provide a discussion of the origins of Reiki, the meaning of Reiki and the connection between Reiki and Japanese religious practices. We will with complete the conversation with a traditional Reiki technique for expansive energy. “You exist in the universe, and the universe exists in you.” Usui Mikao, Founder of Reiki

Yoga has been a central part of my life, along with my family, Dan, and Marlee, for over 20 years. I always teach from my heart so that I may help students of all levels of ability find that deep connection to themselves- that is the magic of yoga, after all!
I live in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, and I'm constantly inspired by the rhythms of nature and teach accordingly, incorporating tidbits of Ayurveda, anatomy, meditation, yoga philosophy, alignment, pranayama, poetry, and sound therapy.

I continually train with them as a perpetual student and have assisted them many times. I have various teaching experiences such as Yoga Festivals: Yoga Journal conferences, Sedona Yoga Festival, Rapid-grass Bluegrass Festival, Earth Day.org, Mexico, several schools, corporate VRBO groups, and many Colorado Yoga studios.

By focusing on holistic prevention and management of their health, other than on treating the symptoms of their disease, clients and patients can spend more time doing things they want and love to do in an empowered and healthy way.
I have a special interest in working with Highly Sensitive People and helping them harness the superpowers of their gifts to live a joyous and fulfilled life. Together, we will help you understand and empower your gifts of sensitivity and the superpowers within you.

Bebhinn began dancing in New Mexico as a child and started teaching belly dance basics in Florida ~ 2006. She was a regular performer with tribal fusion troupe Tribaltique in Fort Collins, Colorado 2007-2009 and has been performing alongside her husband and other electronic musicians in the Denver area since. As a lifelong learner of belly dance and flow props, her recent interests include mindfulness, ecstatic dance, choreography, and movement practices for injury prevention/rehabilitation.
Sometimes we dance with the music, and everything flows improvisationally... For everything else, there’s choreography. In this workshop, we learn choreography as a guide to access the mindful flow-state available with belly dancing. This dance is open to all levels and genders, with a focus on personal development through practice. We’ll start simple, and those seeking an extra challenge can add on with suggestions until we’re all equally flowing together to a song released early 2022 by a local Colorado musician. Use these movements as a foundation for your regular practice and then make it your own:
Warm-up integrating breath with movements leads into foundational choreography that has room to grow with options for layering, veil work, level/direction changing discussed (with more practice with variations as time allows)! Bring an open mind, comfortable dance/yoga attire, and a veil if you have one (if not, sarongs or long scarves also work). Ballet slippers or socks work well for the easiest quarter-turns. A mat, small towel and some water are recommended for comfort.

In this talk you will:
- Become familiar with common blockers to full pleasure immersion,
- Understand the difference between "mind-filled" and "mindful" sex, and
- Discover techniques to bring your awareness back to the physical sensations of the body so that you can enjoy sex again... and again!
