Amy Foreman, E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Health Counselor

Amy has been a student and teacher of yoga and Ayurveda for 25+ years. She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (750 HR) and yoga teacher (500 HR) and has been teaching hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga since 2008.  

Whether attending Amy’s classes, workshops, or working with her one-on-one, you can expect curiosity, encouragement, compassion, accountability, and playfulness. She is deeply grateful for her teachers who have instilled the loving and solid foundation from which she continues to grow as a teacher and student. 

Amy lives in Evergreen, CO with her husband and two sons.  She especially loves time with her family, cooking, hiking, camping and is passionate about all things holistic living and wellness. 

Chris Muse

I am a Somatic Sex Educator devoted to helping people quiet their voices of doubt so they can get to know and trust themselves more fully. I’ve seen entire lives transformed as people form deeper relationships with their bodies and a greater understanding of their sexuality. My approach is experimental and experiential, following moment-to-moment curiosities in a compassionate, safe space for exploration. Helping people liberate themselves from shame, guilt, trauma, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and seemingly endless patterns of abuse is a calling that’s life affirming and incredibly rewarding. 

Jamie Lewallen

Dr. Jamie, Owner of One Tree Wellness in Evergreen, is an integrative medicine practitioner who focuses on quantum medicine techniques to improve health. Being Colorado born and raised, she wants to help her community reconnect with their spirit and take action toward their well-being. Since 2020, she has been exploring Biofeedback and has created a sound-wave infused hydrotherapy treatment. She also has a passion for nutrition and fueling the body in the most effective way. Between her 20 years of work in traditional western medicine and her PhD in Integrative Medicine, she has lots of wisdom and experience in the intricacies of the human body, mind, spirit and breath. She believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself, and aims to help this process by tuning electrical frequencies within the body to achieve maximum health.

Lauren Sukha Adamo

For over 25 years, yoga has been a practice in Lauren’s life.  When she started “doing” yoga, it seemed like it was the only form of exercise that worked for her. Lauren has come to realize the  deep importance of yoga in her own life as a spiritual, emotional, and physical system to connect body, mind and spirit.  She completed Saul David Raye’s Atma Yoga teacher training in 2017.

Lauren is known for her heart centered, body-aligned teaching style. She applies ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful way. Lauren weaves thought-provoking meditations and pranayama throughout her classes.

Her advanced training and continuous study, allows Lauren to  encourage her students' growth of their physical and spiritual self, with the goal of guiding them to find their happy place ~sukha~ both on and off the mat.

Tina Parisi

Tina Parisi | Tina has practiced various styles of yoga for over 15 years. It was not until her move to Colorado that she found her path as a yoga teacher. Moving from Chicago to Evergreen she found a sense of belonging at Studio B and continues to share that experience with others. She loves living in the mountains and lives an adventurous outdoor life. She became a Satori Lifestyle coach and yoga teacher to share this practice with others. After completing her 200 Yoga Teacher Training she teaches vinyasa weaving mindful lifestyle techniques into each class. It gets you moving, grounded, and releasing negative energy. It enlightens you on and off the mat. Tina enjoys teaching yoga in the studio as well as outdoors. She has a passion for nature and connects it with her yoga practice. Join her for seasonal hiking & yoga in Evergreen. Her classes are fun, energetic, and deeply relaxing. She teaches for yogis of all skill level and encourages everyone to give it a try. Jeremy Wolf

Jeremy's interest in mind and body began at a young age whereby he became a teacher and second-degree black belt of Taekwondo and years later a student and teacher of Capoeira.  Meditation was his doorway into yoga in 1993, and he began his formal study in 1998.  In 2006 he received his 200hr teaching certification in Nasik, India in Classical Yoga and in 2013 his 500hr certification with Rod Stryker's school of ParaYoga.  With certification and/or formal training in the Bihar, Himalayan, iRest, Amrit Method and other forms of Yoga Nidra, and based in Denver CO, he teaches locally and internationally for classes, workshops/immersions and in multiple 200 and 300hr teacher-training programs as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP. Also a reiki master in the Mikao Usui Tradition, studying since 2001, and a lover of music, he is a producer and a label DJ for France's Ultimae Records.  His electronic and tribal-influenced DJ sets can be heard at local and international festivals, ecstatic dances, and yoga classes. In the form of a contemplative and grounding style of yoga, his classes and teachings seek to embody the ancient lineage of yoga as a deeply transformational and holistic spiritual practice.

Jackie Smith

Jackie has been practicing yoga since 2005. She completed her 200-hour Power Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in December 2011 and Level Two PTT at CorePower in 2012. Growing up in Vermont and moving to Colorado in 2002, she enjoys being outside in the sun, snow, and mountains. In all her classes there will be an abundance of energy and an integration of smiling.

Carrie Varela, E-500 RYT, YACEP, RMT

Carrie is a Reiki practitioner and teacher, yoga instructor, Blissologist, mystic, lover, mom of toddlers and modern-day healer. Kristen Boyle

Kristen is an innovative, creative, intelligent yoga teacher and yoga therapist. Her flows are designed to offer insight to your experience, in your body and in the present moment. She is masterful with her descriptions of poses, foundational actions, and alignments. Kristen has taught numerous teacher trainings, workshops, mentored teachers and works with private clients. She has been a presenter at AWAKE Evergreen Yoga Festival and teaches corporate and private events.

Niki Sims

Niki "AnandaMa" Sims has been practicing and studying healing energies from a young age, her mother being her first teacher. During part of Niki's journey, she fell in love with the physical part of yoga. During her initial ShambhavAnanda yoga teacher training,  she  realized there was a need for people who were curious about yoga but  hesitant to step into a class because they didn't feel they were bendy enough.  Niki makes yoga accessible for every-body.  If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.  In addition, she has a strong meditation practice and has completed the level 3 ShambhavAnanda meditation teacher training. Niki teaches yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy guiding others to live a more mindful and skillful life in Evergreen, Colorado.

Patrick Harrington

Patrick brings deep and varied expertise to his coaching clients and yoga students, from 22 years as a yogi and business owner to studying and teaching with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Don Miguel Ruiz, and others. His integrated approach provides you insight and action, focusing on immediate solutions that help you create the life you envision for yourself.

He and his beloved wife Cameron live with their two daughters in Costa Rica. Their offerings include online and in-person coaching, yoga classes, and international retreats.

From 2000 - 2020, Patrick was the former CEO and Founder of the second largest independent yoga studio chain, Kindness Yoga. 

He is devoted to the upliftment of humanity.

 

Rachele Scevola, The Breath Nurse

The Breath Nurse, Rachele Scevola, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse turned Breathwork Facilitator and Life Activation Coach. Her passion and mission lie in showing others how to heal, transform, and activate their lives with their breath.
 
With over a decade of bedside nursing experience under the umbrella of critical care, Rachele's own life journey through chronic health issues, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and extreme burnout led her out of her nursing career and into the healing power of the breath. She credits breathwork as being the most influential, life-changing wellness practice in her life. 
 
Now, after nearly five years of personal experience, Rachele empowers others to create and live the life they desire through this deeply healing, somatic work. She is certified in the RESET Breathwork Method and other breathing techniques. 

Sara Bricker

Sara Bricker BSN, RN is the nurse manager of Ballen Medical and Wellness.  Experienced in both leadership and nursing practice in the hospital setting, Sara is excited to be a leader at a company practicing what she believes in. Sara earned her nursing and psychology degrees on the east coast, where she is originally from. Moving back into working in a mental health/wellness role with her nursing experience has been a long career goal of hers. She resides in the Denver area with her husband, 2 dogs, and cat. 

Ananda Kirti Kaur 

Ananda has been a practitioner of the healing arts through energy work, movement and spiritual practices for over a decade. She received her Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2009, became a Practitioner of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection in 2011, has been a Practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan lineage) and Qi Gong since 2005. This background helped her to create a fusion class of Tai Chi, Reiki and Qi Gong called “The 3 Ki's”. In 2018, she received her Kundalini teacher certification. Ananda also shares with clients EFT/Tapping, meditation, crystal healing and energetic clearing practices. In 2012 she developed her own healing modality incorporating energy healing, intuitive reading, sound through the gong and other instruments, crystal & oracle gridding, along with clearing the blocks within one's field which is referred to as Speerlight. Speer- “to seek, sought after” Light- “awareness, illumination, source, life.” Recently Ananda co-authored a children's book “Bruno's Amazing Adventures- Journey to Ananda” where it shows powerful techniques anyone can use to reconnect to Self, Oneness/ All Is and Spirit.  

DJ SunDragon

DJ Sun Dragon brings a lotta love to the dance. Maybe that’s because as much as he is a sound wizard he is also a dancer. He knows what it takes from both sides to show up and be present for the ecstatic journey.

He says “Music is essence. More pointedly, it is an essential expression of Life itself. I choose music that invokes~ inspiration, expansion, groove, soothing, peae, joy, presence and a whole lotta F U N . I choose music that is about feel and how that leads humans to connect with the spirit within. I choose music that makes me feel more awake, more tuned into NOW. I do this to spread good things…. vibes, feelings, ideas …

Moonstruck Melodies is a husband and wife duo offering campfire music, from and for the soul. John Brewster

John Brewster is a singer-songwriter who recently moved to Boulder, Colorado after living in Charleston, South Carolina where he first started pursuing his passion for music. John started an original band with his best friends, and together, they thrived touring the east coast playing hundreds of shows. On the outside John was thriving, but on the inside, he was merely surviving. By the end of 2018, John hit a personal rock bottom that led to him deciding to step away from the band and to embark on a journey of healing, sustainable growth, and to pursue his own dreams. In 2020, John released his first song. With the intention to share empowering music with a conscious message, John released his debut album at the very end of 2021, and he can’t wait to share more of his story with you today.

 

Antonio Lopez

Antonio is a quiet man with something to say. His music is like an onion, each layer revealing something more. His adept guitar work and composition skills are never used in a showy way but rather like the spices in a delectable home-cooked meal. The result is a feast of emotions that delight the listener. His latest release, Roots and Wings, won Album of The Year and Song of The Year in the Colorado Playlist Listener’s Poll. Lopez was born in Alamosa, CO, steeped in the Chicano culture of northern New Mexico and southern Colorado. Since 2012 Lopez has been living in Longmont.

Jonathan Crowder

Jonathan Crowder, JD, founded Peak Rhythms in 2003 with the mission to empower and unite people through music.  With acknowledgement & appreciation of his teachers, he fundamentally believes in the power of music and heartbeat to heal, transform, and unite people.  For nearly 20 years, he has delivered interactive personal and spiritual growth, teambuilding, and wellness programs for groups and clients such as the CU Hospital, diverse spiritual groups/conferences/retreats, Vail Resorts, Fidelity Investments, Deloitte, Twitter, the Univ of Texas football team, yoga retreats, mens retreats, addiction treatment centers, communities, and more.  Jon is a multi-instrumentalist, Remo drum company endorsed facilitator, trained Health Rhythms facilitator, and regularly plays at musical gatherings and kirtans. 

James Marienthal

From a lifetime of study in music and jazz improvisation, James creates compelling and meaningful musical journeys on Native American Style flutes. His album “Speak to the Sky” was described as “a stirring collection of auditory bliss” (Boulder Daily Camera), and his music was acclaimed by The World Flute Society as "Extraordinary music… ethereal, spiritual, meditative, and absolutely amazing.”

Nolen Shaber

About six years ago Nolen started yoga to help with anxiety and depression. While taking a step out of his comfort zone he ended up falling in love with his practice. After completing a 200 hr teacher training and level 1 & 2 reiki, his friend took him under her belt with sound healing. Not coming from any musical experience, his passion for it helped him grow quickly. The power of sound and vibration changed the way he viewed himself. He passes that along to his friends and student. Very community driven, he connects people with each other, as well as themselves

Nabin Shrestha

Nabin Shrestha (Joins R.R. Shakti and Dr. Heidi's workshops this weekend!), a notable face amongst the Coloradans, is a classical tabla virtuoso. His consistently brilliant and exciting performances have established him as a prominent percussionist in Nepal and the US. He has a deep understanding of different traditional styles of tabla playing and tonal quality. This makes him particularly capable of collaborating seamlessly with musicians and dancers from different genres of music.

Kris Quinones

Kris Quinones, LMT, AHC, CYT500 is a wellness & massage educator,  licensed muscular therapist, Kripalu certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and 500-hr Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, with over 25 years of professional experience in orthopedics, competitive sports, and natural healing. 

Dr. Dana Lerman

The COVID-19 pandemic has left a devastating plague of mental illness in its wake in a society that was already struggling. Many of Dr. Lerman’s clients and colleagues struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Dr. Lerman was also not spared. She has identified herself as a wounded healer and has taken aggressive measures to address and tend to those wounds in various ways. She has her own personal Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist with whom she meets with regularly. She practices yoga daily and most recently she’s sought out psychedelic-assisted therapy for herself, which has greatly impacted not only her personal life but has given her the ability to witness what patients are going through during treatment. Dr. Lerman has completed training in a psychedelic-assisted therapy with The Integrative Psychiatry Institute, in Boulder, and has since earned a certificate as a clinical trauma professional. She has also received training in IFS, and ecotherapy, while maintaining board certification in internal medicine and infectious disease. Dr. Lerman brings many approaches to the container space as she guides her clients on their ketamine journey at her solo practice, Open Mind Space. July 2020 Dr. Lerman is launching Skylight Psychedelics, a national endeavor that prescribes sublingual ketamine to be used by clients in their therapist’s office. Skylight has a ketamine-assisted therapy training course, they’ve developed a psychedelic integration yoga framework for their ketamine clients and also have their own proprietary virtual reality program, Journey Space, which can be used in both normal and altered states of consciousness. 

Leilani Raashida Henry

Leilani Raashida Henry is founder of Brain Jewells®, a sustainable, wearable art line for movement, sports and travel. She is a gamer changer for communication, creativity and wellbeing, as owner of Being & Living Enterprises® LTD. Leilani is a licensed Brain Gym® instructor and a 25-year business consultant, who integrates the performing arts into her work.  Leilani is the author of “Navigating Conflict”, a chapter in Management and Leadership for Medical Faculty.  Her new book, The Call of Antarctica: Exploring and Protecting Earth’s Coldest Continent influences how she facilitates whole brain integration and transformation.

 

Tara Grainger

After an extensive career in education and a life in Florida, Tara left everything in 2019 to pursue a more awakened existence. She eventually landed in Colorado, and like many, instantly fell in love with the mountains. Soon after moving, COVID struck her small mountain community, shutting down opportunities for social connection. Taking this as a sign from nature, Tara cocooned in her new environment, studying multiple disciplines of yoga, playing with art as therapy and healing, and regularly hiking and meditating in the forests surrounding her home.  Little did she realize that these activities would not only support her own healing journey but soon would support others' healing journeys in the form of mindfulness practices.

Jaki Royal (Evaa)

Most people know Jaki Royal as a high level Professional Ballroom dancer/coach of 20+ years. After moving from Manhattan to Denver in 2017 to open another Ballroom Dance Studio (Ballroom & Beyond), Jaki realize dancing was not all Colorado had in store for her. Embarking on a “spiritual awakening” Jaki was gifted with channeling the frequency of Money! At the beginning of 2022 once again life shifted dramatically as “Evaa” the ancient energy frequency of Creation  decided to speak through Jaki. Now Jaki and Evaa travel around the world, not only helping humans understand their own divine energy signature and tune higher energy frequencies with in the body, but to offer NEW information about the Feminine Creation that has never been experienced in this realm before.

Travis Rumsey

Hello! My calling is to help others unwind from a painful past and reorient to living from their inherently powerful and complete core. I’m an Advanced TRE® Provider and Trainer, sharing a technique of deep tension and trauma release. I’m also a Realization Process Embodiment Teacher, enabling people to have a felt-experience of their own beauty and power. Once this experienced on the physical plain, spiritual growth is exponentially increased. I believe that each and every one of us was born with a bright, loving, and complete essence. My work is helping people unwind from the stories and illusions that keep them from living from this core essence. I teach pragmatic, science-based tools that give people ownership of their own growth. My dream is for everyone to be living from a place unfettered by fear and contraction, and shining as a beacon of authentic power and grace.

Lauren's Sukha

Damon Zen Drummer

The Zen Drummer (Damon Grossman’s) musical sensibilities were refined by his immersion experiences of living in Self-Realization Fellowship ashrams in Escondido and Encinitas from 2013 to 2016 and studying djembe at the Dagbe Institute in Ghana, Africa for extended periods in 2003 and 2007. Damon has a modern approach with an ancient feel using digital analog style quality emulations for effects and processing. The Zen Drummer broadcasts  his Zoom classes from professional level studio with professional studio quality music gear will give a transcendent immersive experience. The Zen Drummer has travelled around the world and performed with the likes of yoga teachers  Saul David Raye  and world fusion yoga-music centric musician Girish. Damon completed certification in world renowned Christine Stevens’ drumming and Yoga Alliance Certified Sound Healing modality called:  Rhythms for Healing.

Tracey Lanham, Shakti Witch

Tracey is an intuitive tarot reader who uses the cards as both a spiritual and a psychological tool. For her, tarot connects us to the well of information that exists in the Universe and taps into messages from the Divine that we may have always known, but needed help to hear. Tracey uses tarot to help bring into conscious awareness our own subconscious wisdom and intuitive knowledge and to unpack the energies surrounding a situation so that deeper understanding and informed decision-making can occur. Tracey has long been fascinated with the unseen, the energetic and the divine. Since she was a child, the world behind the veil was as real to her as conventional reality. Tracey is a trained and certified tarot card guide, an energetic pathfinder, a yoga teacher, a mudra teacher and mudra therapist, and a space-holder for ritual. Tracey has years of training and embodied practice in tarot, yoga, devotion, ritual, Goddess & Priestess lineages, Paganism, divination and magick. 

Dr. Heidi Saltzman

Rev. Dr. Heidi Saltzman is an intuitive healer, licensed psychologist, embodied movement teacher, artist and mom. Her sacred work is to help people connect to themselves, each other and the Earth. Dr. Heidi received her doctorate in psychology from the University of Vermont in 2000 and became a reverend through the Church of Inner Light in 2012.  She has been blessed recently expand into more of herself by moving her psychology practice outside and connecting more and more to the amazing innate healing power of the body and nature. She is always a learning more from Mother Earth and the synchronicities that being barefoot in the wild provides, so that she can share this connection and awareness of the magic around us.

Ahva Lenay

Ahva Lenay dances in may realms. Most known for her offerings at Rhythm Sanctuary Ecstatic Dance Ritual she also serves as a conflict resolution facilitator through The Alliance for Unitive Justice. You may also know her from Wisdom Village or as the Ceremonial Co-ordinator at the ARISE Music Festival as she co-created there for each of the 7 years it was offered. These days you will find Ahva tending the plants and soil of her garden, and on shared adventures with her new White Spirit Dog Tatanka. One of her favorite quotes, "Those who hear not the music think the dancers mad" .

Dr. Cody Golman is Entrepreneur and Speaker. 
More than those titles, he is a student of people. He has spent decades learning to identify a person's personality, fears, drives, and tendencies within seconds of meeting them. It's what I've become known for among my patients, friends, and online followers. This skill set has helped him build several successful businesses in very different niches. My main purpose in life is to ignite and inspire people to their highest potential. 

Dana Llewellyn

Dana Llewellyn, owner of Better Being Bodywork. I'm a Colorado native and passionate about the hands-on work that I do with bodies. My career in bodywork started in fitness, expanded to yoga and now encompasses many different types of manual therapies. My study of and experience with the intricate systems of our body has given me an utmost respect and undying interest in anatomy and human movement.  

Lenka Dostalova 

I’ve always wanted to make people happy and I did that as a floral designer for 15 years. My purpose became stronger and I wanted to make this feeling of happiness in people last for longer, perhaps a lifetime. So I decided to pursue my dream of becoming certified holistic life/health coach and Bouteyko and Oxygen advantage instructor. As your coach I’m here for you to inspire you. To show you that life is beautiful. To teach you that you don’t have to just dream and say “ maybe one day”. To make you believe in yourself so you can change your life, make your life into what you want and become your true self. Hasan Rucker

Hasan Rucker | Hasan teaches ancient, contemporary, and traditional Holistic energy based movement art forms through systematic, progressive, and profound training methods. Hasan is a lover of life, movement, health, spirituality, knowledge and mysticism. He seeks to utilize his aspirations to advance human culture and well-being, through the use of mind, body, and spirit expansion techniques. Since his early days interning with art department and physical education teachers in High School, Hasan’s desire to find the links between mind, body, spirit, and energy has led him upon a path of discovery. This Quest particularly led him to the mind, body, spirit arts of China, in the form of Wushu Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and Meditation.

Tamme Buckner

Tamme believes that every individual has the innate ability to balance Body, Mind and Spirit. As a Certified Vedic Astrologer, Certified Neurosculpting® Meditation Facilitator, 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Reiki Master she possesses many skills to help create and maintain this delicate balance on this human journey in this sometimes stressed and chaotic world we all live in today. Tamme has always been a seeker and walks this path with a smile guided by her heart. She has been blessed and beyond grateful to have studied with many many incredible teachers along this journey. Tamme is humbled and passionate about the opportunity to share her mission to spread as much love, light, compassion, joy, understanding and healing energy as possible. 

Bebhinn Nagle 

Bebhinn began dancing in New Mexico as a child and started teaching belly dance basics in Florida ~ 2006. She was a regular performer with tribal fusion troupe Tribaltique in Fort Collins, Colorado 2007-2009 and has been performing alongside her husband and other electronic musicians in the Denver area since. As a lifelong learner of belly dance and flow props, her recent interests include mindfulness, ecstatic dance, choreography, and movement practices for injury prevention/rehabilitation. 

Asiana Harper

Asiana has always been intrigued by the elements and how they interact in body, on earth. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado with wilderness as my backyard, I recall climbing trees, sitting in caves, adventuring with the animals in the forest. All of this engaged my curiosity and encouraged quietude as well as agility in mind and body. These experiences brought me into the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, which facilitate a deepening into the present moment.
I received certifications as a Core Synchronism Therapist, Ayurvedic Consultant, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Instructor after studying at the Ayurvedic Institute and the School of Natural Therapeutics, in Albuquerque, NM. Additional training in India and South East Asia deepened explorations in the technology of meditation. I am also certified in Neurosculpting®, a whole-brain approach priming the pathways to the prefrontal cortex through neuroplasticity to re-write old stories which block us from activating our highest potential.
 

Cheri Ebert

Yoga has been a central part of my life, along with my family, Dan, and Marlee, for over 20 years. I am continually discovering new ways to teach the ancient yoga traditions in a relatable way for the modern Yogi. I always teach from my heart so that I may help students of all levels of ability find that deep connection to themselves- that is the magic of yoga, after all!

I live in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, and I'm constantly inspired by the rhythms of nature and teach accordingly, incorporating tidbits of Ayurveda, anatomy, meditation, yoga philosophy, alignment, pranayama, poetry, and sound therapy. 

In 2007 I was fortunate enough to have found my yoga teachers Tias and Surya Little, and their school www.prajnayoga.com. I continually train with them as a perpetual student and have assisted them many times. I have various teaching experiences such as Yoga Festivals: Yoga Journal conferences, Sedona Yoga Festival, Rapid-grass Bluegrass Festival, Earth Day.org, Mexico, several schools, corporate VRBO groups, and many Colorado Yoga studios.

 

Liat Arochas

Over the past 15 years, Liat has used her musical gifts in two unique ways: she performs her own compositions in concerts and in therapeutic contexts. These gifts have led her down a beautiful path, bringing yoga, meditation, and full sound expression into her Wake the Voice sessions:"with the help of opening and relaxing through meditation and yoga, the voice becomes awakened." Her experience as a song leader and vocal coach,  helping facilitate retreats all over the world. Liat aims to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit through voice.

Scott and Shanti Medina | Scott and Shanti are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo from Boulder, CO on a mission to uplift humanity by empowering self-realization and community activation. Their sacred sound workshops, global retreats and ecstatic community chants offer an inspiring sweet and deep dive into embodying the current of the moment and unleashing the wild wisdom within. 

As owner of her company Energize and founder of her Body Current® modality, bridging ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, Shanti has spent the past 25 years designing personal wellness coaching, threshold crossings, yoga therapy and fitness programs for elite athletes and everyday warriors as well as bringing women together around the globe through her transformational Stirring the Shakti sacred sisterhood retreats, ceremonies and women’s circles.

Scott began devotional chanting over 25 years ago at Omega Institute and has led chanting events in and around the Front Range and beyond for over 20 years. He is a beloved Certified Leader of the Dances of Universal Peace sharing his gift of inspired leadership for over 18 years. He is also the Community Relations Director at Boulder BridgeHouse, supporting those experiencing homelessness, and Mr. Scott the Music Man to hundreds of Boulder County pre-schoolers, where he has taught educational music programs for over 15 years.
