AWAKE Pop Ups are a monthly, evening, conscious celebration of wellness, connection and AWAKE culture. Each event is 7 -9:30 pm at favorite venues in Denver and the Front Range. At each AWAKE Pop Up, you'll enjoy mindful movement, a wellness offering like ecstatic dance, a vibrant yoga class, an engaging wellness talk, a drum circle, vibrational sound healing among countless other offerings that vary at each monthly AWAKE Pop Up. Each night includes time after the offering to connect with your community for a drink and bite to eat. Each Pop Up features a different AWAKE Festival teacher along with a unique venue.
