Sharing a judgement free, calm space with others is a rare, healing experience. Awake presenters do an amazing job fostering this type of space. And while the event itself was rewarding and fun, the personal lessons learned, and lasting peace afterward were even better.

AWAKE Festival was a much-needed restoration as well as a refresher on grounding and presence. I particularly enjoyed the morning meditation. During that time, my thoughts had mostly vanished. Ordinarily, my experience during meditation is of monkey-mind going off and I keep pulling it back, but the set and setting for this retreat was such that I found stillness of mind quite easily.

The festival was amazing! Becoming one with nature and the movement meditation was very therapeutic and peaceful. Getting the chance to be with a group of people was so nice. Made new friends and had a great experience!
