Reviews...
"Living AWAKE does what yoga teachings have always pointed toward — it strips away the performance and the striving and points directly at what remains. Erik Vienneau brings together the wisdom of the contemplative path and the grounded language of modern psychology in a way that is both honest and accessible. Perspective must unite with Practice and Erik provides a workable roadmap for both."

"Living AWAKE was a really easy and enjoyable read. It didn’t feel like most self-help books that tell you what to do or repeat the same ideas over and over without getting to the point. Instead, it felt like a simple but deep unfolding—touching on what so many of us experience on the path of awakening, and doing it in a way that builds naturally as you go.
The writing is smooth, clear, and very approachable. I didn’t feel like I had to stop constantly to take notes or do practices—it was more about reading, reflecting, and letting it land.
What stood out most was the tone. It felt soft, kind, and genuine. I think a lot of people are going to really connect with this book."

“Erik has a gift for zooming out until the problem looks smaller. He is a map-maker—able to watch, name, and bring clarity to what feels overwhelming.
I loved the pacing of Living AWAKE. The language is stripped down and straightforward, and Erik has a beautiful way of translating abstract ideas into something concrete and easy to understand. His use of the ‘Adult’ and ‘Child’ lenses was especially powerful.
Erik is a gifted author who can transform pain into clarity for people who think they are alone.”
