About the book
Most of us were handed a map that promised happiness was just ahead — one more achievement, one more improved version of yourself. And most of us have followed that map faithfully, only to find the ache remains.
Living AWAKE is an invitation to stop.
Written by therapist and mindfulness teacher Erik Vienneau, this book draws on modern psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and hard-won personal experience to offer a different path — one that leads not to a better version of yourself, but back to the wholeness that was always already here.
Through honest storytelling, practical tools, and compassionate guidance, Living AWAKE walks you through:
- Why striving keeps you stuck — and what to do instead
- How to turn toward the feelings you've been running from
- What it actually looks like to live with presence, day by day
- How relationships, commitment, and community become part of the path
This is not a self-help system. It's a homecoming.
"Do you think there will ever be enough to fill that hole inside of you?"
— A question that changed everything. Living AWAKE begins here.
