A day of mindfulness, movement, music, and community—remembering the peace, love, and wholeness that are already here.

For many of us, life becomes an endless search.

We search for clarity.
We search for purpose.
We search for healing.
We search for the next insight, the next achievement, the next thing that will finally help us feel complete.

Yet every wisdom tradition points toward the same paradox:

What we are seeking is often closer than we realize.

This autumn, we invite you to step out of the momentum of striving and into a day of remembering.

Remembering the stillness beneath the noise.

Remembering the love beneath the fear.

Remembering the wholeness that has never actually left us.

Together, we'll create a spacious and supportive environment to slow down, reconnect, and open to what is already here.

Guided by mindfulness teacher and therapist Erik Vienneau and special guest Govind Das, this retreat weaves together meditation, mindful movement, music, inquiry, and community.

Through practice, reflection, and shared experience, we'll explore what becomes possible when we stop trying to become someone else and begin resting more fully in who we already are.

The Heart of the Day

Meditation helps us come home to the present moment.

Movement helps us reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

Music and chanting help us move from the head into the heart.

Throughout the day, we'll explore how awareness, compassion, and presence can become living practices—not just experiences we touch on retreat, but qualities we bring into our everyday lives.

As Govind Das often reminds us through music and devotion, the heart already knows the way home.

What You'll Experience

The flow of the day is intentionally spacious, grounded, and accessible for all levels of experience.

• Guided meditation and mindfulness practices

• Gentle yoga and mindful movement

• Heart-centered inquiry and reflection

• Live kirtan, chanting, and music with Govind Das

• Periods of silence and integration

• Time in nature and community connection

• A nourishing shared vegetarian lunch

This is not about fixing yourself.

It is not about becoming a better version of yourself.

It is an opportunity to slow down long enough to remember what has been here all along.

"The retreat was absolutely wonderful. I was one of the ones that was at a 4.5 out of 5 (nervous system regulation) and I myself have felt totally shifted and grounded since then. Everyone around me has commented on my shift. I credit all of it to your retreat-  so thank you!"

"Thank you for the heart-expanding day and for your skilled facilitation.  You do such a lovely job of leading, of effectively sharing information and of making attendees feel at-ease.  I admire your commitment to keeping it real. Also, your instinct to observe social silence was spot-on!  It was a really powerful day.

And Lauren is a total gem, what a grounding, loving person."
