Join us for a Spring day of renewal, aliveness and emergence.

After the inward pull of winter, spring invites us to re-emerge — gently, honestly, and awake.

Join us for a nourishing day of mindfulness, embodiment, and seasonal renewal. Together, we’ll explore what is ready to open in you — and what needs steady presence to come forward.

Guided by Erik Vienneau and Jennifer Pearson, this immersive retreat draws from the Living AWAKE method — a grounded, somatic path to clarity, compassion, and inner steadiness.

What You’ll Experience

• Grounded meditation and breath practices to regulate your nervous system and anchor you in awareness.

• Gentle yoga and movement to awaken the body.

• Somatic listening practices to reconnect with your body.

• Seasonal reflection: What is ready to grow? What needs tending?

• Shared community meal.

* Space is limited to 20 participants to preserve depth and intimacy.

Please Bring

  • A simple gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian dish to share (we send a sign up form to make it easy prior to retreat)
  • A journal and pen. 
  • meditation cushion and/or blanket
  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothing (including layers in case we go outside) for movement and meditation.

Erik Vienneau, LPC, MA, RYT-200

Erik is the Founder of AWAKE Mindful Living, your home for Wisdom Tradition Therapy. He offers individual psychotherapy and group sessions to support your awakening. Erik has more than 30 years of mindful living practice and is a graduate of Naropa University's unique and highly sought-after Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Program. Erik is dedicated to meeting you where you are along the path of wellness to offer you guidance and support to create a more peaceful and health-filled life.

Jennifer B. Pearson, LPC 

Jen is a dedicated meditation teacher committed to helping people cultivate inner peace and clarity. With a calm and compassionate presence, she guides people through mindful practices that deepen self-awareness and foster the development of wholesome mind habits. Drawing from traditional techniques and modern mindfulness approaches, she creates a welcoming space where beginners and experienced practitioners alike can learn to transform suffering.
