Hey guys! Welcome to week 4 of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens Group. Please watch the quick video above. Here's this week's assignment: Notice this week at least one time when you get triggered and dysregulated. Tell me below what happened and how you regulated again.

What event happened that triggered you? Ie you were feeling good (regulated) and then something happened to make you feel dysregulated.

What did you notice in your body, senses, breath, feelings that told you you were dysregulated?

What did you do to regulate (calm the nervous system) so you could access your best traits of being human (ie calm, focused, centered, thoughtful, compassionate, good communication etc). Ie get in nature, breathe deep, body scan, rest, eat, meditate etc...

How did it feel in your body and mind to be regulated again? Ie what was length, texture, temp of breath; what did body/mind feel like?
