We'd Luvvvv to have you and your awesome heart join us for a fun, deeply nourishing evening to connect with your sacred rhythms and co-create music together as One Heartbeat.

Jon Crowder has facilitated diverse groups for over 20 years across the US in personal/spiritual growth and group development musical programs.  Among others, his clients include yoga/music retreats, Vail Resorts, Fidelity Investments, Deloitte, the Univ of TX football team, CU Hospital, addiction treatment centers, men's groups, and more.  

What you'll get:

• Empower voice/creativity and support your Light.  Let's shine together thru music!
• Everybody will be guide in drumming, vocalization, movement, guided visualization
• No experience necessary.  Drums and instruments provided.  You're welcome to bring hand or frame drums and soft sounds like shakers, flutes, etc.
