Join us for a sacred day of deep release, gentle remembering, and true connection.

In this one-day mindfulness retreat, we’ll come together to let go of the tension, roles, and responsibilities that keep us caught in survival—and return to the truth of who we really are: peaceful, free, and already whole.

You are invited into a trauma-informed, heart-centered space, held with deep care by Erik Vienneau and Lauren Adamo.

Whether you’re a caregiver, healer, seeker, or simply weary from the intensity of life—this day offers a safe and sacred container to relax your defenses, soften your coping, and open back into the joy, spaciousness, and love at the center of your being.

Through meditation, silence, reflection, and sweet, gentle yoga guided by Lauren, we will remember the part of ourselves that was never broken—and has always been love.
