Dannie Huggins | Owner and Creator of Sol Shine and Crystal Reiki Healer, has lived in Colorado most of her life. When she was 25 she moved out to Hawaii to seek something MORE than grinding her life away to Corporate America. On her journey to the Big Island she had found a pair of surf-board shorts made of recycled plastic bottles. It was in that moment she had a spiritual experience… as the she touched those shorts she felt a surge of energy from the material up her arm and into the essence of her being, she knew that she was supposed to open a business that would be kind to the planet and her community through yoga, art, and fashion. Living her life by the Law of Attraction, using mediation as a huge tool in visualizing what she wanted her future to look like, Sol Shine opened in Denver 5 years later.
As Dannie’s practice deepens for herself she realizes that it is time to share this practice with her community. Dannie has been using guided mediations as a way to help manifest her dreams into reality, to heal deep emotional wounds, and to bring inner peace into her life. She believes that for us to truly change the world we have to do the work from the inside out and once we find peace in our hearts it will reverberate back out into the world.

Regina Topelson | We tend to take things for granted when they are not life threatening. Our health being one of those things. We think about what’s for dinner and how much work we have. For me, my health took center stage and life came to a screeching halt! I had to stop, reevaluate the way I was living, and change how I nourished myself.
Nothing was off limits. Relationships were redefined. Boundaries set. Jobs changed. I started doing yoga and meditating. I changed my diet from omnivore to vegan to vegetarian and back again to vegan. I went 100% gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. My journey is not one I would have chosen, but it has brought me to where I am today. And for that, I am truly grateful.
