These Guided Meditation Classes help you establish, support and grow a life-long, daily practice while bringing the tools for mindful living into your life. Each week you'll be offered a guided mindfulness meditation session as you settle in. You’ll then enjoy some silent meditation time. Next it's a brief yet meaningful mindful living talk that will help you stop believing in a limited sense of self to move fully into your true, limitless, peaceful and powerful nature. To conclude there’s some gentle, mindful movement/yoga and a chance for questions and answers.
