Thursday Night Sangha (Sangha: a community of dedicated practitioners) features a weekly live, on-line, interactive video class featuring top mindful living instructors from the AWAKE Community. Each evening, from 7-8 pm, you'll recieve an inspiring talk on mindful living along with a guided meditation. Can't make the class live? All classes are recorded and posted here for members to watch for free/by donation anytime.
1/19 | Erik Vienneau - Peace is your Birthright. Did you know emotional suffering - i.e. anxiety, depression, shame, anger etc. are 100% optional? In this class erik will explain how to stop believing destructive thoughts and buying into the hurtful storylines, sensations, emotions and destructive behaviors they lead to. It is your birthright to be happy, peaceful and at ease and in this class and guided meditation you will receive the simple steps and daily practice needed to live the rich, satisfying, joyful life you deserve.
1/26 | Tamme Buckner - Neurosculpting® Meditation: An exploration in Mindfulness In this unique practice we bridge the gap of science (neuroplasticity) and the experience of being mindful as we learn to flow through the ups and downs of life with grace and ease.
2/2 | Dannie Huggins - Radical Self Love - A Journey of a Life Time: In this class you will hear Dannie tell her story of transformation from radical self hate to radical self love. She will share her experience, the tools she picked up along the way, and how her spiritual path got her to where she is today. Dannie will also share how to live Mindfully everyday, no matter what is going on in the outside world. To conclude she will end with a guided mediation.
2/9 | Erin Wimert - Falling off the Path. Going off course is part of the journey, it gives us contrast to get clear about who we want to be and where we want to go.
2/16 | Sammie Bickler - In this evening meditation and talk you will learn how to deeply relax, enter the alpha brain wave, visuals your dreams, become aware of your inner guidance system (chakras) and connect to source! Have your mat, candle, essential oils, blanket, eye pillow and quite space ready! So you can fully enjoy this!
2/23 | Tina Porter - Why Gossip & Jealousy are Your Biggest Teachers. Have you ever had the urge to cross talk and break someone down? It typically comes at at time when we’re feeling doubtful & uninspired. We’ll discuss patterns of insecurities and how we can cross the threshold to a stronger sense of Self. My teabag read this morning “Don’t dim your light just because someone says it’s shining in their eyes."
3/2 | Briana Constance - Love over Fear. How our mindfulness practices - now more important than ever- can help us to overcome fear when we choose to face obstacles with love. Have your cushion ready, and just show up. We will sit together in a short guided meditation and practice expanding our love.
